Dubai Hills Golf Club

Located in the heart of Dubai Hills Estate is the Dubai Hills Golf Club, spanning an area of 1.2 million square meters. The serene, lush lifestyle destination is conveniently located only 15 minutes from Downtown Dubai and City Walk. The golf course is set on 119 hectares (about 1.2 million square meters), which is nearly the size of 63 football fields. It features a series of valleys and wadis, and a network of lakes, that creates a stunning golfing experience. The golf club is set against the gorgeous Downtown Dubai skyline that adds to the sense of grandeur with the iconic Burj Khalifa in the backdrop.

Dubai Hills Golf Club is designed by European Golf Design and is one of the key golfing destinations in the Middle East. It will host two golf studios, teaching bays and an F&B kiosk. The practice facility also includes a 220-meter-long warm-up area with multiple target greens designed to allow golfers to practice shots from wedge up to medium-long irons before going out to play. The area can also be converted into a 9-hole short course in the evenings.

The golf club is also home to some of the outstanding restaurants, that include Duck Hook and Hillhouse Brasserie that cater to the dining needs of the Dubai Hills residents.

What Not To Expect? A Fully Developed Community.

This will soon be a fully formed community as construction is well underway, complete with facilities, easy accessibility, and a metro. However, the community is fully functioning, with supermarkets, malls, and a hospital within the vicinity. This area is the best for those who want to move in and are expecting to stay in Dubai long term.
